     Richard Norman Cilley is the son of Norman Osgood Cilley and Stella Elizabeth Smith. He married Jean Cary Horner, daughter of Stanley Hubert Horner and Julia Cary Stone, on 21 November 1953 at Durham, Strafford, New Hampshire.1 He and Jean Cary Horner were divorced in 1969. He married Jackie Ayob on 12 November 1970 at Andover, New Brunswick, Canada.
