William Henry Miller was born in 1789 at Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada.1 He was the son of George Miller and Elizabeth Chase. He married Pheobe Sophia Hallman Grant, daughter of William Grant and Ann Maidstone Hillman, on 13 April 1820 at South Hampton, York, New Brunswick, Canada. He died in 1857.2
