Michael Metcalf was born in 1586 at Tatterford, Norfolk, England.1 He was born on 8 July 1587 at Tatterford.2 He was the son of Leonard Metcalf and Amy (?). He married Sarah Eleazor on 13 October 1616 at Hingham, Norfolk, England.2 He married Mary Pidge on 13 August 1645.1 He died on 24 December 1664 at Dedham, Norfolk, Massachusetts, at age 77.2 He died on 27 December 1664 at age 77.1

Admitted townsman at Dedham, July 14, 1637; joined the church in 1639; and was Selectman in 1641.2 He was found on a passenger list on 15 April 1637 at Yarmouth, England.1,3 He was Admitted a townsman. on 14 July 1637 at Dedham.1 He was Joined the church. in 1639 at Dedham.1 He was Was Selectman. in 1641 at Dedham.1
