     Charles Kelso married Clara M. Howard, daughter of William H. Howard and Ruth C. Hutchinson. He was born in 1873.1 He was the son of Alfred Kelso and Eliza Ruth. He married Clara M. Howard, daughter of William H. Howard and Ruth C. Hutchinson, on 6 July 1904.2 He died in 1947.1
