Uriah Howard was buried at Phillips, Franklin, Maine.1 He was born in December 1763 at Hebron, Tolland, Connecticut.2 He was the son of Daniel Howard and Sarah Bachus. He married Lydia Rice, daughter of Benjamin Royce and Seble (?), on 20 May 1783 at Dorchester, New Hampshire. He died on 9 July 1845 at age 81.2
Uriah Howard Attained rank of Sergeant during the revolutionary war. Served for both New Hampshire and Vermont. Buried in the Riverside Cemetery. Came from Winthrop, 1806, brother of Joseph, chosen Tithingman at the first town meeting.
