     Edgar L. Cilley was born on 12 January 1849 at New Hampshire.1,2 He was the son of Ebenezer Currier Cilley and Phebe Ann Cilley.1 He married Amelia Mary Hewes on 31 August 1872.1 He died before 11 June 1900.3
