     Stanley Hubert Horner was born on 31 August 1907 at Brooklyn, New York.1 He was the son of Benjamin Luther Horner and Rachel Elmira Lambert. He married Julia Cary Stone, daughter of Henry Asaph Stone and Isabel Frances Cary, on 10 December 1930.2 He and Julia Cary Stone were divorced in 1936. He married Catharine Coyle. He died on 9 April 1977 at St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri, at age 69.3
     
     Stanley went to grammar school and had annual training and drawing. He was very good working with his hands. He died of an aneurisym.
