William Woodhouse Cilley was born on 13 July 1800 at Buckfield, Oxford, Maine.2,1 He was the son of Benjamin Cilley and Martha Parson.1 He married Fanny Runnel on 2 April 1820 at Buckfield.1 He married Sarah Hawes on 2 March 1856 at Buckfield.
