Samuel Cilley was born on 19 April 1711 at Salisbury, Essex, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Benoni Cilley and Elenor Getchell.1 He married Martha Fifield on 28 December 1738 at Salisbury, Merrimack, New Hampshire.1
