     Elizabeth Jones was born on 24 December 1662 at Salem, Essex, Massachusetts.1 She was the daughter of Robert Jones and Joanna Osgood. She married Samuel Getchell, son of Samuel Getchell and Dorcas (?), on 27 November 1679.2 She died on 24 May 1735 at age 72.2
