     Phebe Ann Cilley was born on 20 October 1827 at New Hampshire.1,2 She was the daughter of Lieutenant Aaron Cilley and Sally Carr.1 She married Ebenezer Currier Cilley, son of Aaron Cilley and Lydia Currier, on 4 June 1846.3 She married Deacon Micajah Morgan.1 She died on 10 December 1905 at age 78.1 She was buried at Old Center Cemetery, Andover, Merrimack, New Hampshire.4
     
     Phebe Ann Cilley and Ebenezer Currier Cilley appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Andover, Merrimack, New Hampshire, enumerated 10 September 1850, Ebenezer is age 33, a blacksmith, his wife, Phebe is age 23. They have real estate valued at $600. Their son Edgar of 1 year was in the household.2
     Phebe Ann Cilley and Ebenezer Currier Cilley appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Andover enumerated 12 June 1860, Eben, 43, New Hampshire, is a balcksmith with real estate valued at $1000 and personal property valued at $600; Phebe, 32, New Hamsphire; household members are children Edgar, Charles, Frank and Betsey Ray.5
     Phebe Ann Cilley and Ebenezer Currier Cilley appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Andover enumerated 2 June 1870.6
     Phebe Ann Cilley appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Lowell, Middlesex, Massachusetts, in the household of Edgar L. Cilley and Amelia Mary Hewes, she is 52 years old, born in New Hampshire, a widow.7
