David Bartlett was born on 27 April 1789 at New Hampshire.2 He was the son of Honorable Thomas Bartlett and Sarah Cilley.1 He married Susanna Cilley, daughter of Major Greenleaf Cilley and Jennie Nealley, on 14 February 1816.1 He died on 27 July 1868 at Epping, Rockingham, New Hampshire, at age 79.3,1 He was buried at Square Cemetery, Nottingham, Rockingham, New Hampshire.3
