     Polly E. Cilley was born on 4 March 1786 at Nottingham, Rockingham, New Hampshire.1,2 She was the daughter of John Cilley and Hannah Elliot.1 She married Jacob Webber.1 She died on 25 August 1857 at age 71.1
     
     They married late in life and removed to Starksborough, where they kept a hotel many years.2
