     Leroy Ephraim McKeen was born in 1881 at Knox, Waldo, Maine.1 He was the son of Isaac E. McKeen and Flora E. Morrill.1 He married Jenney M. Cilley, daughter of Augustine Albert Cilley and Ella Maria Roberts, on 14 December 1913 at Lynnfield Center, Massachusetts.1
