Nathaniel Williams was born circa 1775.2 He was the son of John Pingry Williams. He married Anna Cilley, daughter of General Joseph Cilley and Sarah Longfellow, on 17 April 1794.1 He died on 11 April 1804.2 He was buried at Gen. Joseph Cilley Cemetery, Nottingham, Rockingham, New Hampshire.2
