Joseph P. Cilley was born on 3 April 1841 at Northwood, Rockingham, New Hampshire.2,3,1 He was the son of Abraham B. Cilley and Rebecca Dow.1 He married Mehitable J. Robinson, daughter of Josiah Robinson and Naomi Dow, on 11 June 1875 at Rockingham, New Hampshire.1 He died on 10 February 1906 at Northwood at age 64.3,4 He was buried on 14 February 1906 at Fairview Cemetery, Northwood, Rockingham, New Hampshire.3,2
