     Samuel B. Cilley was born on 20 March 1816 at Rockingham, New Hampshire.1,2 He was the son of Abraham B. Cilley and Rebecca Dow.1 He married Sarah C. Dow, daughter of Phineas Dow and Betsey Hoyt, on 11 May 1843 at Northwood Narrows, Rockingham, New Hampshire.1 He died on 26 May 1874 at age 58.1 He was buried in 1874 at Harvey Lake Cemetery, Northwood, Rockingham, New Hampshire.3
