William Cilley was born at New Hampshire.¹ He married Charlotte Golden at New Hampshire.^1,2 He died circa 1835 at New York.²
     (William and Charlotte must have moved to New York some time after their marriage, as their children were all born in New York, except for Cyntha, who says in a couple of places she was b. in Canada, so they may have lived there for a time. There may have been other children, but they are unknown to me at this time.).²
