     Rebecca Dow was born on 19 January 1796 at Salisbury, Essex, Massachusetts.1 She was the daughter of Israel Dow and Olive Abbott.2 She married Abraham B. Cilley, son of John Cilley and Hannah Elliot, on 25 May 1814 at Rockingham, New Hampshire.1 She died on 23 March 1873 at age 77.3,1 She was buried at Brown Cemetery, Northwood Narrows, Rockingham, New Hampshire.3
