Betsy Blake was born on 2 June 1807 at New Hampshire.3,2 She was the daughter of Dearborn Blake and (?) Marion.2 She married Isaac B. Cilley, son of Jacob Cilley and Abagail Brown.3 She died on 23 May 1872 at Atkinson, Piscataquis, Maine, at age 64.4,2 She was buried at North Atkinson Cemetery, Atkinson, Piscataquis, Maine.4
