Louisa B. Hobbs was born circa 23 March 1838.2 She was the daughter of William Hobbs.1 She married Loren B. Cilley, son of Isaac B. Cilley and Betsy Blake.3 She died on 8 March 1891 at Atkinson, Piscataquis, Maine.2,1 She was buried at North Atkinson Cemetery, Atkinson, Piscataquis, Maine.2
