Lavinia Bayley Kelley was born on 30 April 1818 at Northwood, Rockingham, New Hampshire.1 She was the daughter of John Kelley and Susan Hilton.2,1 She married Joseph Longfellow Cilley, son of Major Jacob Cilley and Harriet Poor, on 22 November 1837.2 She died on 11 April 1883 at Exeter, Rockingham, New Hampshire, at age 64.3
