     Erwin Elwin Cilley was born on 16 February 1849 at Petersburg, Monroe, Michigan.1 He was the son of Jacob Satchel Cilley and Mary Ann Seaman.2 He died on 4 June 1896 at age 47.1 He was buried at Pleasant View Cemetery, Petersburg, Monroe, Michigan.1
