     Wellington J. Cilley was born on 10 November 1846 at Summerfield, Monroe, Michigan.2,3 He was the son of Jacob Satchel Cilley and Mary Ann Seaman.2 He married Alice L. Vandercook, daughter of Robert Vandercook and Sally Ann (?), on 16 December 1874 at Dundee, Monroe, Michigan.1 He married Elma Sanders circa 1879.3 He married Anna Thorpe, daughter of E. H. Thorpe, on 26 April 1891 at Milan, Monroe, Michigan.4 He died on 22 December 1921 at age 75.3 He was buried in 1921 at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dundee, Monroe, Michigan.5
