John F. Cilley was born on 20 June 1821 at New Hampshire.2,1 He was the son of Captain Calvin Cilley and Susan Webster Bohonan.1 He married Almira Tucker. He died on 30 November 1890 at age 69.2 He was buried at South Boston Cemetery, South Boston, Ionia, Michigan.2
