Benjamin Cilley was born in 1713 at Salisbury, Essex, Massachusetts.1,2 He was the son of Benoni Cilley and Elenor Getchell.1 He married Judith Darling, daughter of John Darling and Mary Page, on 4 March 1736 at Kingston, Rockingham, New Hampshire.3,1 He died in 1765 at Andover, Merrimack, New Hampshire.3,1
Lived in Salisbury, Kingston and Hawke, now Danville. He died in 1765, vide Prob. Rec., Rock. Co., vol. 1765-7, p. 152-- a deposition. In a deed dated Jan. 6, 1770, Rock. Co. Rec., vol. 121, p. 274, mention is made of Judith Silley, widow, and the following children: William, John, Benjamin, Moses, Mary, Samuel, Elizabeth, Aaron.1
