     Bradbury Poor Cilley was born on 2 January 1824 at Nottingham, Rockingham, New Hampshire.1,2 He was the son of Major Jacob Cilley and Harriet Poor.1 He married Angeline Baldwin, daughter of Nahum Baldwin and Mary Ann Barnard, on 30 June 1856.3,1
     
     Graduated at Dartmouth, 1843; lawyer, Manchester, NH. Was elected Mayor of Manchester in 1877, (Aug.) but declined the office. Was Colonel on Gov. Goodwin's staff, 1859 and 1861.1
