Honorable Bradbury Cilley was born on 1 February 1760 at Nottingham, Rockingham, New Hampshire.1,2 He was the son of General Joseph Cilley and Sarah Longfellow.1 He married Martha Poor, daughter of General Enoch Poor and Martha Osgood, on 19 November 1782.1 He died on 17 December 1831 at Nottingham at age 71.1,2 He was buried at Gen. Joseph Cilley Cemetery, Nottingham, Rockingham, New Hampshire.3
As of 17 December 1831, Honorable Bradbury Cilley had no children.4
He was not much in public life, preferring the pursuits of a private citizen. He was elected a Representative to Congress in 1813, and served one term. In 1814 he was Colonel and appointed Aide on the Staff of Gov. Gilman of N.H., and served in that capacity two years, being on active duty in the fall of 1814. In 1817, was U.S. Marshall for the N.H. District. He was a man of large wealth, and died in Nottingham, without issue.1
As of 17 December 1831, Honorable Bradbury Cilley had no children.4
