Alice "Elles" Cilley was born on 27 September 1768 at Nottingham, Rockingham, New Hampshire.2,1 She was the daughter of Captain Cutting Cilley and Martha Morrill.1 She married William Watson in 1788.1,2 She died on 26 March 1853 at age 84.1
