DALLASTOWN Julia M. (Cilley) Rank Burg, 83, of Dallastown, died at 1:29 p.m. Thursday at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Paul T. Rank and the late Earl B. Burg.
     The service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Burg Funeral Home Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Burial will be in Red Lion Cemetery. Viewing will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Burg was born Nov. 26, 1910, in Lebanon. She was the daughter of the late Harry F. Cilley and the late Eva M. (Fies) Cilley Morgan.
     She was a secretary with the former Hoaster Insurance Co. for four years and the American Automobile Association in Lebanon. She was a member of Arlington Evangelical Congregation Church near Yoe, the Christian Women's Club of York, the Golden Age of Dallastown and the American Association of Retired Persons.
Mrs. Burg is survived by a son, Paul G. Rank of Red Lion RD 3; a stepson, Dr. J. Palmer Burg of Red Lion; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Mrs. Burg was preceded in death by a son, Mark J. Burg, and a stepson, Henry F. Burg.
     Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Richard F. Christman, pastor of St. David's Evangelical Congregation Church in Dover.
